To schedule a re-delivery, please drop an email to support@ninjavan.sg if you did not receive any delivery failure message from NinjaVan.sg. Please check your junk/spam mailbox before contacting NinjaVan. Re-delivery charges will apply after a 3rd failed attempt.
Ninja Van delivers to all areas in Singapore except for Jurong Island.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
