What currency can I shop in?

We offer our customers to shop with the currency option of their choice. Countries offered are Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom, USA, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Why do the colours of the product differ from the product images?

Due to studio lightings and different variables affecting the true colour of the product, we do however, shoot it as accurately to original shade of garment.

How can I receive complimentary delivery?

All orders within Singapore are dispatched with complimentary express courier delivery, you'll receive a text message when your parcel is out for delivery. For international orders above $250, you'll receive a complimentary express shipping.

I received a wrong order, what do I do?

Do not fret, please drop us an email to our customer care team at info@eightslate.co with your order number and right product information.

Do you have a physical store?

Please check 'stockists' for a store location that is closest to you.

Will my order be taxed?

Your order will be taxed accordingly to custom duties. Once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

How does your return and exchange policy work?

Something doesn't fit quite right? In your order form, there is an exchange form, kindly fill it up and send it back to the address located on the exchange form. Upon receiving your exchange/return, our customer care service team will process it within 3 working days. You will receive an email notification with a credit code to checkout with your size/colour and style of your choice.
