We are committed to your shopping experience here fuss-free and enjoyable for you. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. By agreeing to our terms, you have acknowledged them, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

EIGHT SLATE's ("Eight Slate" "we" "us") website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the "TOS"). Please read the TOS carefully before placing any orders with us. 

Eight Slate is a registered business and the brand, 'Eight Slate' is a registered trademark brand. Any use of the brand name and brand logo without any permission would be liable to legal means. 

DELIVERY

Please check that your order thoroughly before submitting for payment. We endeavour to process and dispatch your orders within 1 working day upon receiving your order. This excludes weekend and local public holidays. To ensure the safe delivery of your parcels, please ensure that your billing address matches your delivery address.  

DEFECTS / WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

In case of any defected or wrong items sent to you by mistake, we would be able to do an exchange or refund within 4 days.

Please contact our customer care team within 24 hours. Drop an email to info@eightslate.co with your order number and we will attend to you shortly. 

EXCHANGES

We allow the exchange of size in the same colour and product, subject to stock availability on hand. Size exchange must be done within 10 days.

Please email info@eightslate.co with your order number and exchange information. Exchanges will only be done for items in its original condition— unwashed, unworn and unaltered. We will not be liable for any loss mail through normal mail. Returns that do not reach us will not be entertained. We regret to inform you that we will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise any third party. We will not accede to any request for refunds.

There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

PRODUCTS

Due to studio lightings and different variables affecting the true colour of the product, please refer to fabric close up images for the accurate depiction of the shade.

GARMENT CARE

We advice that customers treat all garments with care. Hand-wash in cold water. Lay garment flat to dry. Please iron on reverse side of leather garments. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all garments. Natural drying is recommended.

Please do not put garment in air dryer as it causes the shrinking of fabrics.
